The link above gives me information on the american crow and its history,description and more information for research purposes. i am using this link to understand a little more on the bird and how i can spot or even understand what that bird is doing.

Project Summary

This project is all about watching and observing the behavior of the birds in our communities also this project gives people around the city a better understanding of the birds that lives and flies in our communities and trying to understand their behaviors around humans

I am trying to learn how and why  the birds are living and multiplying in our city .

Description/Goal/Purpose:

This Project is to see how crows and pigeons interact with the environment,Themselves and the humans around them.Learning from this birds can help us understand their behavior and their living styles.

The way others can help us or contribute is by just observing the bird and writing down the behaviors that you have sighted and  mark your information in epicollect . You can starts your observation at park or in any communaty in your city.

 

Question:

What Similarities and Behaviors  do  Crows, Pigeons and other species of birds have and how does it help them so that they can live in the Lincoln Park and Chicago area.  In this project me and my partner will find out how the Crows and Pigeons are alike and not alike.by finding out the nesting, feeding and all around behavor of the two birds.    

 

Preliminary Interpretation/Conclusion/inferences

  • From the information given from the surveys and ethograms that we did is telling us that the birds behaviors are mostly targeted on food and resting. We used graphs to show the work and the behaviors of the birds. Many of our observations has been on different bird around the nature museum.
